One pot - Spicy Boursin Pasta - ready in 20 minutes

This one is for the nights when you want something cozy, creamy and a little spicy — without making a complicated dinner.
The Boursin + sun-dried tomato combination is so good, and the whole thing comes together in one pan. Save this one for your next easy dinner.
SPICY BOURSIN PASTA  Serves 2–3
Ingredients • 250 g spaghetti • 1 packet Boursin cheese • 3 garlic cloves, minced • 1 white onion, finely diced • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes • 1 tbsp sun-dried tomato oil • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp dried oregano • ½ tsp chilli flakes, plus more to serve *optional • 1 cup beef bone broth, chicken or vegetable stock • Up to 2 cups additional broth or water • 1 tsp balsamic vinegar • ½ tsp sugar • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan, plus more to serve
Instructions
1. Heat a splash of oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic and cook for 2–3 minutes. Stir in paprika, oregano and chilli flakes. 
2. Blend the Boursin, sun-dried tomatoes, sun-dried tomato oil and 1 cup broth until smooth. 
3. Pour the sauce into the pan. Stir in balsamic vinegar and sugar, then add the spaghetti. 
4. Add enough additional broth or water to make sure the pasta is mostly covered. Cover and cook according to the package directions, stirring often. 
5. Remove the lid for the final 2 minutes to let the sauce thicken. Add a splash more broth or water if needed. 
6. Stir in Parmesan, then divide between bowls. Finish with more Parmesan and chilli flakes.

A few small changes that can make a room feel warmer and cozier….
• Swap a few lighter pillows for warmer tones like brown, caramel, burgundy or olive.
• Add a throw with more texture.
• Bring in natural elements like branches, dried flowers, wood, and wicker.
• Turn off the overhead lights and lean into lamps & candlelight or the glow of a fireplace.
• Add a warmer scent such as apple, amber or spice.
• And sometimes, simply rearranging what you already have makes the biggest difference.

For me, fall decorating is less about adding more and more about making a home feel a little warmer, softer and cozier as the days get shorter.

Simple DIY Hydrangea wreath made from my limelight

Simple DIY Hydrangea wreath made from my limelight hydrangeas and a grapevine wreath I had kicking around.
A nice little project that filled my cup today. I cut the hydrangeas, removed the leaves, then tucked them into the wreath. I hung it on my door with a command hook. This project was completely free for me today and it is perfect for the seasonal transition.
