Spring Home Refresh

Welcome to my mini spring home tour. I am sharing a few way’s I’ve freshened up our space for Spring. 

Since we moved into our home in December 2017, I’ve been on a decorating binge and I can’t stop / won’t stop! This home is much larger than our last home so we had so much more space to fill. Let’s just say it’s been a work in progress! Over a year later and I am still working on completing all of the spaces.

I love this time of the year and I can hardly wait until the temperatures heat up outdoors so I can open my windows and let the fresh spring air come in!

This spring I added some fresh flowers and a few new plants. Fresh scented candles and some light / neutral throw pillows and blankets to compliment some of the warm tones in my home such as wood, rattan, wicker, and tan leather. Let’s not forget to mention this right from the start – I love a feminine touch *pink* – especially since I have lived amongst boys my whole life.

Spring is a great time of year to incorporate those into your home, or even a fun unexpected pattern. Personally I tend to gravitate more towards neutrals and lighter colours however I have a small obsession with throw pillows so maybe I will find some fun new ones I can add to my collection.
