BLUEBERRY CRISP 🫐

Fruit Filling:
Fresh blueberries, about 2 pints
2 tablespoons - sugar, or more to taste
2 tablespoons - all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon - fresh lemon juice

Crumble Topping:
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¾ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup butter, melted
Pinch of sea salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375ºF
Use 9” square baking dish

Add blueberries, lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar, and a pinch of salt to a 9-inch baking dish. Stir until combined.

Crumble Topping: Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, butter and salt. Stir until combined.

Top berries with crumble topping and press gently.

Bake for about 35 minutes Let cool for about 10 minutes. Serve with ice cream.
