Nothing major, simply getting back to some of the little routines that make me feel more like myself.
Like making the bed every morning, clearing the clutter, getting up a little earlier, cooking at home, pulling out my favourite sweaters, getting outside and slowing down at the end of the day.

Life has felt a little extra busy lately. Taking a few minutes to slow down, pour a cup of tea, and enjoy a little quiet.

What’s your favourite way to carve out a few minutes for yourself? For me it’s usually a hot beverage to actually enjoy while it’s still hot.

Just a few little shifts that make the house feel

Just a few little shifts that make the house feel warmer and cozier:
• Light a candle with a warm, Autumnal scent
• Bringing in a few branches or dried flowers from outside.
• Place a bowl of apples or pears on the kitchen counter
• Turn off the big lights and turn on lamps instead • Swap a few pillows for warmer, earthy tones • Adding a couple of cozy throws to the spaces to add texture
• Put on your favourite autumn movie to play in the background.

Nothing new or groundbreaking. Just a few small changes that make home feel a little slower as we ease into fall 🕯️☕️🧺🍂
